Jeff was so helpful to us in an emergency situation. He is an excellent problem solver and extremely professional. We are so grateful we found him and will call him for all future needs! I highly recommend him.

Jeff from Bull Dog Sewer Cleaning stopped by to assist me with a sewer line back up issue. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and providing assistance with the back up problem. I would highly recommend Jeff.

Jeff took the time to listen and then properly and thoroughly diagnose the problem. He explained everything step by step as he examined the situation. I hope I don’t need his services again but I would not hesitate to hire him again. ?

Long story short, we had a very clogged drain and called Roto-Rooter originally. After 8 hours with no relief, RR told us our only option was to dig up the front yard (They stated we did not have an outside clean out to access). The starting quote was $10,000, and the cost would most likely go up. Called Jeff with Bulldog for a second opinion and he came out the very next morning. Had the city there within 15 minutes marking the outside drain (which RR claimed we didn’t have). Dug up the drain, and had the clog cleared within 45 minutes. Then charged less than RR did! Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Highly recommend Bulldog Sewer!

Jeff was amazing! He thoroughly diagnosed the issue with our basement drain and kept me informed every step of the way. He showed me the before and after camera footage, and also sent it to me for my records. He charges a reasonable price, too. I’ve had 3 different plumbers come out in the last 6 months – all of them failed to do their jobs. Jeff was the ONLY one to figure out the issue and to take pride in his work. I will never call another plumber again. Thank you!!!

Jeff did an excellent job. He went more than the “extra mile”. He spent the time needed to actually diagnose and treat the issue?.then he charged me half as much as a “big name-brand company” did when they were unable to resolve the same issue.

Jeff was timely and very friendly. He resolved my drain back up issue and went the extra mile. You can tell he’s a genuine person that is not trying to get one over on you and it’s greatly appreciated and was very reasonable with his prices.

Jeff is knowledgable – honest and very Customer focused. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable, quick responsive, responsible, and reliable! Definitely ask for his help again if needed!
